Gerald Harris Stool
Gerald attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration. Before forming Greenway Investment Company in 1979, Mr. Stool was an executive with Ryan Mortgage Company in Arlington, Texas. Before joining Ryan Mortgage, he spent a short period with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). With the knowledge and experience gained through three decades in the real estate industry, Mr. Stool is well suited to lead Greenway’s operations.

Todd Petty
Todd graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and accounting. He later earned his Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of North Texas. Shortly after graduating from SMU, Mr. Petty joined Greenway Investment Company in 1985. Drawing on his wide-ranging experience in commercial real estate, he is involved in all aspects of Greenway’s business, including development, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and project underwriting.

Jeff Brand
Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration
in marketing from Boston University. Before joining Greenway, he was a top producer for more than 10 years with United Commercial Realty and specialized in retail tenant representation, sales, and leasing. At Greenway he is responsible for seeking, underwriting, and developing new acquisitions and marketing existing company assets. Jeff also represents national clients including REI, Panda Express, and Sheridan’s Frozen Custard.

Christy Hammons
Christy joined Greenway Investment Company in 1985. She has gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of the company, including property management, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, asset management, and development. She is currently responsible for a portfolio of assets in excess of $100 million.

Mark Hardaway
Mark joined Greenway Investment Company in 1999 after graduating from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance. Mark’s real estate and finance experience brings value to all areas of Greenway’s business, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, loan and lease negotiations, asset management, financial analysis, and investment due diligence.

Joel A. Maten
Joel received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before joining Greenway Investment Company, he owned and operated Buffalo Institutional Services (BIS), a commercial laundry and linen supply company that serviced the health care industry. After 25 years of owning, managing, and growing BIS to more than 200 employees, he sold the company and moved to Dallas. At Greenway, he specializes in properties requiring environmental remediation and in industrial/warehouse properties. He focuses on developing mini-warehouses on the excess land abutting Greenway’s retail developments.

Cindy Wingo, CPA
Cindy graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting. Before joining Greenway Investment Company in 2003, Cindy worked for 12 years as a controller for two real estate developers and was an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is involved in the daily oversight and coordination of all accounting aspects of Greenway. In addition to her controller responsibilities, she is responsible for office management and human resources and involved with asset management issues.

Tony Callaway, A.I.A.
Tony draws on more than three decades of experience in planning and developing income-producing properties to help Greenway manage its major retail projects. He graduated cum laude from the nationally recognized University of Oklahoma School of Architecture, then served as the principal and/or CEO of three architectural firms that served developers and corporate retail clients. In 2000, his firm Callaway Architects was recognized as one of the top 25 U.S. retail firms by Retail Design and Construction. The cities of Richardson, Texas, and Durango, Colorado, have recognized Tony personally for contributing to developments that benefited the communities.
